That it somebody asks the question to know if he is really here or what he does not think of to it. Here is omnipresent. And if the here from here is somewhere else for a somebody moreover, the reverse is true, what makes that here and somewhere else are two namings for the same thing. Everything depends on the place where is the observer (or the speaker). Here is somewhere else and somewhere else is here.
